You can convert your data to QB Desktop file and use the trial version to access your historical data for good.

I appreciate your efforts in staying for QuickBooks Online (QBO), leaburg. Rest assured I'm here to share some insights on how to store your priority accounts.

For me to be able to provide an appropriate response, may I ask what kind of industry you've created in your company in QBO? Any additional information provided will be much appreciated.

Please know that QBO can import lists such as chart of accounts, customers, suppliers, products and services, invoices, and bills but we can't include priority accounting data.

This being said, you may upgrade to QuickBooks Online Advance since it can back up and restore company files including your previous accounting data. Otherwise, I'd recommend using a third-party application to back up and able to restore specific accounting data to QBO.

However, if your QBO company isn't older than 60 days, you can purge the company data and start over. This way, you can choose the right industry for your account and able to set up new accounts in your Chart of accounts.

In addition, you can check this article for your guide on how to make accounts inactive from your chart of accounts: Make an account inactive on your chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to comment down below if you have any other concerns about your account priorities in QBO. I'm always here to help. Stay safe.
