I’ve been trying to send money to another account of mine (outside of QB checking) and it’s not processing. I’ve done it a few times this week but this isn’t going thru

I’ve been able to send money to my personal account from my biz checking account a number of times this week and see that there is a $5k daily limit. I’ve waited the necessary 24 hours and it’s still not letting me send.

I want to ensure you can accurately send your money to your other account, and I'm here to help you with that, @hunter-lowcountr.

 

If you're using your QuickBooks Checking account, you can send up to $5,000 per day or $10,000 in five transactions within seven days, with a maximum of $5,000 per transaction.

 

Moreover, if the amount you send reaches $10,000 or five transactions in 7 days, the transfer won't process. In that case, you'll have to wait 7 days for the limit to be refreshed.

 

However, if you've already followed these steps and still can't transfer after that day, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payments support. This way, they can pull up your account securely via screen-sharing sessions.

 

Here's how:

 

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.

2. Select the Help icon at the top right corner.

3. Choose Contact Us.

4. Provide a summary of your concern, then click Let's talk.

5. Choose a way to connect with us. You can either choose to Chat with us or Have us call you.
