Question

I've been waiting for an answer for 10 days now as when my funds will be released, customer service has been useless. This is ridiculous.

they keep on telling me that the only way to contact the risk department is to summit a claim. every agent gives me a different answer, and nothing is being done. they keep on saying "it takes 2-3 days to view the claims", or that "the previous agent submitted the claim to the wrong department"   but it's been way over that time limit. Something is obviously broken within, and people are not doing their jobs accordingly.  And the result is small business owners like me suffering.

In the event of a delay or hold on your deposit, we assure you that this does not necessarily indicate any issues with the transaction. Instead, it means that we need to review the payment thoroughly.

Moreover, since this involves checking your account details and case, which is beyond the scope of what can be done here in the Community space, I recommend contacting our payment support. You can provide them with the previous case number to ensure they can promptly and accurately retrieve the necessary information.

  2. Hover to the Search tab, then click Contact Us.
  3. Type in a short description of your issue and concern in the box provided.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Select the Chat or Callback option.

this transaction was on 2/27/2024 today is 3/11/2024.  I have not received any emails or calls. this is beyond frustrating. every agent has told me something different. I've been told my case has been escalated but still no response.

@taria   Intuit/ QB is VERY well known for "holding" customers money for weeks, if not months on end.  In fact, they have done it so much that there is now talk of a class action lawsuit. 

It's very dishonest and scummy, if you aske me.

I am having the same issues. These crooks delay payment and then can't tell you why. They give a different answer every time you call and they all contradict each other! This place is a scam. I am getting my business attorney on them now. I have had it!!! Hours on the phone to get my money they are holding ransom. Bunch of incompetent people answering the phones and higher ups are crooks. I pay a crazy high price for their "service" and then they steal my client payments!!!
