I've just noticed thousands of dollars in "quickbooks payment fees" that are system generated. What is this associated with?

You can connect with our QuickBooks Online Payments Support team, who can assist you in investigating and reviewing the fees associated with your account. Our support team has a specialized tool to identify the fees that have been applied to your account and provide you with further information on what these fees are for. They can also guide you on the next steps to take regarding the fees.

 

To get in touch with the support team, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account and click the  Help (?) icon. 
  2. Select or type Contact Us and enter your concern
  3. Click on Let's talk and choose a way to connect with us. 

 

The support team is available Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT.
