I want my invoices to look like they did before QBO changed everything!!!!How do I do that?

We recognize your preferred invoice layout, @rkjohnson372.

However, users with Simple Start and Essentials subscriptions are unable to switch back to the old layout. But if you're using Plus or Advanced, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Go to +New.
2. Select Invoice.
3. At the top right of the form, click Old layout.

It's important to note that this process is irreversible.

You must be yet another QB Online customer who doesn't want their invoices to look like cartoon invoices drawn by a 10 year old.

But, rest assured, Intuit is here to let you know that you are mistaken and soon you will love the new invoice. After all, they removed so many features that they now so very simple to use (though not actually useful) that you'll soon be happy again.
