I want to be able to snap receipts but I am new and don’t see this option in solopreneur.

The option to snap receipts is unavailable in QuickBooks Solopreneur. This is why you're unable to see it in the program. 

For now, the feature is only offered in QuickBooks Self-Employed and QuickBooks Online. If you want to subscribe to these subscriptions, I suggest reviewing our Plans & Pricing page to know more about them.

On the other hand, you can connect with our phone support by following these steps:

1. Go to Help (?), then select Search.
2. Click Contact Us.
3. Choose a topic and enter your concern.
4. Select Continue.
5. Choose which way you want to connect with us.
