Good morning, @johndnmr

It's great to see a new face here in the Community!

Yes, you can easily convert an estimate to an invoice by doing the following steps:

If you're using the new estimates and invoices layout

If you have QuickBooks Payments and you requested a deposit on your estimate, the estimate will automatically convert to an invoice when your customer pays the deposit.

  1. Go to Sales then select All sales (Take me there).
  2. Find the estimate you want to convert.
  3. If the status column displays Rejected, you’ll need to update the status before you can convert it. (If the status is not Rejected, skip to step
  • Press the ▼ dropdown in the Action column, and pick Update status.
  • In the Status field, tap  the ▼ dropdown and choose Pending or Accepted
  • Click OK. Then find the correct estimate on the Estimates list.

        4. In the Action column, hit Convert to invoice.
        5. Make any updates to the invoice, if needed.
        6. Then tap Save.

If you're using the old estimates and invoices layout and what additional details, review this guide: Convert an estimate into an invoice in QuickBooks Online

Feel free to come back if you have any other questions. Bye for now!
