I want to reorder checks but when I click on the re-order checks tab it tells me it is unavailable. I've ordered before. Help please

To clarify, are you reordering through the banking tab in your QuickBooks Online account or another way? 

 

In the meantime, I recommend clearing your browser's history to ensure that we are eliminating any glitches or errors that could be occurring in the system.
