I want to send a message to all my customers on their next invoice about a new product i have

I'll address your concern about invoicing your customers in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

To send messages to your customers about the new products, you'll want to enter your message into your invoice templates. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Accounts and Settings.
  2. Choose Custom Form Styles.
  3. Click the New Style dropdown and select Invoice.
  4. From the Email tab, go to the Message to Customer.
  5. Enter your message and click Done to save the changes.

 

From there, you'll want to make it a Default template so this will apply when sending their next invoices.
