I was reviewing all my expenses from last year and accidently excluded a lot of expenses. how do I fix?

I'll share some steps to help you recover excluded transactions.

 

In QuickBooks Online, you can exclude transactions you don't want to include on any account register to keep your books accurate. However, you can proceed to these steps if they're accidentally excluded:

 

  1. Head to Transactions on the left pane.
  2. Choose Bank Transactions, then the Excluded tab.
  3. Select the checkbox for the transactions.
  4. Click on Undo.

 

On the other hand, check the audit log to review each entry for guidance if these have been deleted. You can recreate or manually upload it in bulk into the system to save more time.
