I would like to be able to charge sales tax to my customers that are taxable. this last update took that feature. making me have to go back and bill the cust from the pc

I would like to be able to charge sales tax to my customers that are taxable. this last update took away that  feature. making me have to go back and bill the customer from the computer.  useless update.

We currently have an ongoing investigation regarding the issue with the QuickBooks Online (QBO) application, where the ability to collect sales tax for transactions is unavailable. It's indeed essential to collect sales tax for taxable customers accordingly.   1. Access your account through a browser.
  2. Click on Help (?), then go to the Search tab.
  3. Select Contact Us and choose to Start a chat or Get a callback.

 

In the meantime, you can continue billing customers through the web browser to collect sales tax without issues until the app is fixed.
