Thanks for reaching out to the Community, LMC19. Let me share some information about the customer's statement in QuickBooks Online.

Before we proceed, could you please clarify which specific information in the customer's statement you'd like to edit?

There are several options for customizing customer statements. The following steps will guide you in making those edits in the Accounts and Settings section.

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then click on Accounts and settings.
  2. Select the Sales tab.
  3. In the Statements section, click the pencil icon to edit.
  4. Enable the Show aging table at the bottom of statement.
  5. If you would like to finance charges on your statements, select List each transaction including all detail lines.
  6. Click Save, and then click Done after.

Additionally, here are the options for creating a statement:

  • Balance Forward: Lists of invoices and payments with outstanding balances for a specific date range.
  • Open Item: Lists of all open, unpaid invoices from the last 365 days.
  • Transaction Statement: Lists of all transactions for the selected date range.
