It's nice to see you here, Madalina.

Yes, customizing a different layout design for your purchase orders is something you can do in QuickBooks Online. I'm here to guide you through the process.

There's no direct way to create a custom form style for purchase orders. However, they automatically follow the Standard default template in your Custom Form Styles. So, if you want to have a different layout design for your purchase orders, you'll need to edit the Standard default template.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Click the Gear icon on the top-right corner.
  2. Under Your Company, select Custom form styles.
  3. Locate the Standard template. Then, press Edit.
  4. Edit the form into your desired layout design.
  5. Click Done.

Once done, create a purchase order. Then, click Print at the bottom of your screen to check if your newly designed layout has been applied.
