I would like to set defaults for my customers. For instance, I want to search the customer and have it set where only the past 12 months transactions would populate.

To verify my understanding, do you mean one employee clocking into multiple jobs or throughout the day?

Here's how to run a payroll report in QuickBooks Time:
 

1. In QuickBooks Online, go to Time, Time reports, then Payroll.
2. Specify the report dates and other filters as needed.
3. Click Run report.
4. To view details, hit Expand All or use your expand icon (+) next to each name.
5. To print a report, press the printer icon at the top.
6. Click the printer icon.
7. Select Print.
