Me too! The emails are from Intuit (not fake), and they just keep coming.  I am frustrated that I can't get ahold of anyone at QB.

Hi, ecezell and Working 24. I'm here to help.

Upon checking here on my end, several cases were opened recently of users reporting issues with receiving email notifications from Intuit. I'd also appreciate it if you could provide more details about the content of these notifications to ensure they are not phishing emails. For now, you can refer to this article: Identify suspicious activity, phishing scams, and potential fraud.

If you've confirmed these emails are from Intuit, I'd recommend contacting our Support Team to know the next steps. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Select either of these tabs:
  • Assistant tab and select Talk to a human.
  • Search tab and click on Contact Us to connect with a support expert.

Support for Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start users are available Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT and on Saturdays from 6 AM to 3 PM PT. For Advanced users, support is available any time and any day of the week.

You can also refer to this article about the list of official emails that Intuit uses:

We'll be here in the Community if you have further updates about the email notifications you've received. We're committed to offering ongoing support. Take care.
