Question

If I go to audit history on an invoice it no longer shows that the invoice was printed. Prior to the QBO changes it did. Can anyone help with this?

I'm here to help route you to our Support Team to resolve the issue on the printed invoices not showing as printed in QuickBooks Online's (QBO) Audit log and resolve it.

 

Since the audit history shows invoice changes, it would be best to contact our Support Team to identify what's causing the invoice print status not to reflect in the audit history. Rest assured that they have the necessary tools to guide you in resolving the problem. Here's how to can contact them:

 

1. In your QBO account, go to Help (?).

2. Select either of these tabs:

  • Assistant tab and type Talk to a human.
  • Search tab and click on Contact us to connect with a support expert.

3. Choose how you want to reach us (phone or chat).
