If my invoices show on my phone why won't they show up on my laptop?

I appreciate you for telling us about your concern with missing invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

 

Currently, we have an ongoing investigation about invoices being unavailable on your invoice page when accessing the application on a web browser. This means our engineers are working diligently to get this sorted out and resolved as soon as possible. Since they are working on this internally, please know that we cannot provide a turnaround time regarding their efforts.

 

In the meantime, you can contact our Technical Support Team. This way, you can be added to the list of affected users and receive updates via email once a fix is available. You can inform them to add you to the list affected by INV-87908 and INV-90843:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
  2. Press the (?) Help icon at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Click the Contact Us button and enter brief information about your concern and tap Continue.
  4. Under How would you like to connect with us? Select either to Chat with us or get a Callback.

 

Additionally, refer to this article for other options when contacting them. You can also scroll down to the bottom to see their support schedule and hours: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.

 

In the meantime, you can consider creating an invoice using your mobile app. Please refer to Step 2: Create an invoice and navigate to the steps according to your mobile operating system: Create invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
