importing from the app Invoice ASAP

Welcome to the Community, dflecker.

QuickBooks lets you import multiple invoices at a time using.

Your spreadsheet will need to meet the following requirements:
 

• You can import a maximum of 100 invoices at a time.
• Each imported spreadsheet can contain up to 1,000 rows.
• You can't add negative charges, such as discounts or credit memos.
• Each line item needs its own invoice number, customer, invoice date, due date, and item amount.

You can use an existing spreadsheet if it's in a .CSV format. Sample files can be downloaded from your Import data screen after choosing Invoices.

Here's how to import invoices:
 

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Use the Gear icon, then go to Import data.
3. Select Invoices and follow the on-screen steps to finish your import.
