Question

In "App Transactions" when my receipts from Amazon contain more then 3 items, and it says, "Showing 3 of X items. See all", the "See All" link no longer works.

I am having this same problem when I select "see all" on my Amazon transactions having more than 3 items. It has added significantly more time to my bookkeeping to categorize these expenses. Has anyone come up with a solution/fix for this issue?

Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue you're experiencing with Amazon transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @BELC

Upon checking, the cases related to the "See all" link not working properly are linked to this investigation number (INV-91481). While we're still working on resolving it, here are some workarounds to help you manage your transactions:

  1. Add the transaction: Instead of relying on the "See all" link, manually add the transaction to your QBO account.
  2. Edit the expense: After adding the transaction, go to the expense and edit it to categorize the transactions.

If the issue persists, I recommend that you reach out to QuickBooks Online Support, especially if you haven't been added to the list of affected users. This will ensure that you receive updates on the status via email.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the Help icon.
  3. Click the Search tab and select Contact Us.
  4. Provide a summary of your concern, and click Continue.
  5. You can either choose Chat with us or Have us call you.
