Hello there, parvathy.

I'm here to provide some information on customizing your Customer Balance Report to see the info you need.

To make sure we're on the same page, I'd like to know your specific process on how you saw a vendor in your Customer Balance Report. You can also attach screenshots on your reply.

A Customer Balance Report lists how much your customers owe you. QuickBooks Desktop allows you to customize your report to draw particular information that you need.

If you filtered your report to show the home currency and want to see your customer, you'll need to ensure that they weren't set up with a foreign currency beforehand. You can also change the filters to see different customers with multiple currencies.

Additionally, you can run a report where to see both customers and vendors. Also, add a column to show their currencies.

I'll leave these articles for more details on customizing your reports:

You might want to save the settings of your customized report. Here's an article to guide you: Create, access and modify memorized reports.

I'm looking forward to your reply. I'll be around to make sure your concern is taken care of.
