Question

In my invoice selection I accidentally entered “sales” and I meant to enter “services”. How do I change that in categories in my account?

Thank you for being a part of the Community. Allow me to assist you in changing an invoice from sales to services.

 

If what you're referring to is you've mistakenly entered the wrong item in the invoice, we can edit it in the Sales tab.

 

 Here's how:

  1. Go to the Sales tab, then select Invoices.
  2. Choose the Invoice you've made, then click Edit
  3. Change the Product/Service, then click Save

 

On the other hand, if you've accidentally changed the account item, we can perform the steps I've provided below:

  1. Navigate to Sales, then go to Products and Services
  2. Scroll down, then locate the item you've made. 
  3. Once you've located it, click Edit.
  4. Change the product to Services, then click Save.
