Question

In QB Online, how can you tell if any kind of expense (check or credit card charge) has cleared? In QB Desktop, it clearly shows "Cleared" when you click on the expense

Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community! I'm happy to help you here. You can view to see what has Cleared by following the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Transaction tab.
  2. From there choose Chart of Accounts.
  3. Select the account and hit View Register. You should see a column like the one below indicating if it was cleared.
