I appreciate you reaching out here in the Community, qbuicreceipts-gm.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), printing an estimate template in Excel format is currently unavailable. You can download it as a PDF file instead to get the outcome you want.

Here's how:

  1. Open your QBO account.
  2. From the Gear icon, select Custom forms styles.
  3. Look for the template from the list and click the drop-down arrow under the Action column, then select Preview PDF.
  4. Choose the arrow down or download icon to save the template as a pdf file.

Additionally, here's an article that you can browse through in case you need assistance setting up estimates: Create and send estimates in QuickBooks Online.

Lastly, I've also added this article on how to personalize your sales forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Let us know if you have any other estimate-related concerns in QBO. We're always here 24/7. Stay safe.
