In QuickBooks Online, can I add a different name in the ship to address for a customer? My bill to and ship to are different. I only see address information available.

Yes, you're able to change a customer's ship to address in your online account, jpburke10. Allow me to provide information when modifying different billing and shipping address details in your customer's profiles.

 

With QuickBooks Online, you can add or edit a different name of a customer's address from the Ship to field section when creating sales form transactions.

 

 

In addition to that, you may also add and enter shipping address information to your customer's profile to ensure specific details show up in every invoice. To do this:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Sales, then select Customers.
  3. Select the name of the customer you want to edit.
  4. Then, click on Edit.
  5. Under Shipping address, uncheck the Same as billing address checkbox.
  6. Enter the Shipping address.
  7. Once done, select Save.
