In Quickbooks Online "Simple Start", are we able to link "customers" to "bills"?

Current bill format only has 3 sections (category, description, amount). Can we add "bill to customer'?

As I know there is no bill feature in QBO Simple Start. You can use a free stand-alone billing management app to manage and pay your bills, then register it as expenses in QBO Simple Start manually.

Allow me to share some details regarding the option to link bills to a customer in QuickBooks Online.

 

What @4Gal mentioned is correct. In QuickBooks Online Simple Start, the option to record or create bills isn't available. It is designed for simple businesses that don't need to enter and track bills for the vendor.
