Income from a merged non-profit

Hello!  This year the non-profit I run merged with another non-profit that dissolved.  The dissolved non-profit cut my non-profit a check to be deposited into my bank account.  How do I categorize those funds in my QB file?  It isn't a sponsorship or general donation.  I am at a loss!
