Hi Community,

I'm looking for ways to integrate our Shopify/Shopee/Lazada/Affirm/Visa and other payment/e-commerce platforms with QuickBooks without incurring developer costs. I'm open to basic solutions, like exporting data to Excel and reformatting it for QuickBooks upload. Any ideas?

Regards,

Ethan

Welcome to the Community, Ethan.

I appreciate that you have been seeking ways to import your e-commerce transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO). You can integrate in two ways: manually uploading or inputting data to QBO. Let me guide you through the process.

To import your data, first prepare your spreadsheet and upload it. Make sure your spreadsheet is in .csv format. Here’s how you can upload:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and click Import data.
  2. Choose the transactions that you would like to import into QBO.
  3. Click Browse, then find and select the spreadsheet containing your transactions.
  4. Select Next.

After that, you'll map your import fields, and then you can import your transactions.

Moreover, if you wish to enter the data manually, you can refer to these articles for guidance:
