Income Tracker Access

In this case, you can log in as an administrator and adjust your role permission to gain access. 

On the other hand, you can reach out to your company administrator and request to be added as an External Accountant. By doing so, you can effectively manage sales, process transactions, and track income within your company file. If you are using QBDT Enterprise, you can follow the steps below:

1. Click the Company menu, then select Users, and then choose Users and Roles.
2. Enter your Admin Password and then select OK.
3. From the User List, select New.
4. Enter a User ID and an optional Password.
5. From Available Roles, select the External Accountant role, then select Add.
6. Enter the user’s email address, then select OK.
7. From the confirmation window, select OK.
