Invoice format in QB Self-Employed not printing as displayed -- spacing getting worse! How can I fix it - customize invoice is limited options?

In addition, when you click on the print option in QuickBooks, it will open up your default print dialog box. The box you see will depend on your system setup and from your browser, Adobe Acrobat, or your printer's driver. We can adjust the scale of the printout to fix this. 

 

Here are some handy tips to help you adjust the scale of your printout: 

 

  • Learn how to adjust the print scale in Adobe Acrobat.
  • Learn how to adjust the print scale in Brother printers.
  • Learn how to scale or resize the printout in HP printers (look for layout and formatting settings).
  • Learn how to adjust the print scale in Canon printers.
