Invoice import is not working using either option. It just spins for hours. When we finally close the tab, some items may have been uploaded, others not. Any suggestions?

As I have checked, there are no current issues with importing invoices to QBO. If I may ask, is there any error that prompts you while importing? Knowing this will help me provide you with accurate information.

Moreover, QBO can have a maximum of 100 invoices with a 1,000-row limit per spreadsheet at a time. It could be the reason why some of your files aren't uploaded. You'll need to create a separate spreadsheet for the remaining invoices.

If the issue persists, I recommend accessing your QBO account in a private browsing window. Doing this will eliminate outdated files or data that cause system issues when using the program. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window.
