Hi there, @Anewbe1953. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

I understand how important it is for you to get this resolved as soon as possible. Upon further research, I found out that there's an ongoing investigation (INV-93776) into this matter. However, rest assured that our engineers are working to get this fixed in the shortest possible time.

In the meantime, I would like to offer some workarounds that can help you move forward and get back to your business. You can use the Airy New Template.

To do that, here's how:

  1. Go to Settings and then select Custom form styles.
  2. Select New style.
  3. Click the edit dropdown.
  4. Choose the Change up the template.
  5. Choose Airy New.
  6. Hit Done.
  7. If you wish to share your screen, select Share access.
  8. Click Deny if you don't want to share access.

However, if you're still unable to print an invoice using the provided workaround, you can try using a different device without the Apple update. Alternatively, you can download the PDF to your local machine from QuickBooks and use Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the PDF document or print the PDF document from there. These options can help you get the invoice printed and get back to your business.
