INVOICE SAYS WALMART HIDDEN AND IM NOT SURE WHY

I had a shared quickbooks account and I am not sure if this was done by the other person but either way cant find the answer to this:

 

  Any invoice I go to create; towards the bottom I see a fillable section which below it reads "Walmart" (Hidden).  The walmart and hidden options are not editable too me. Was this setup by the other user or does everyone see the same option I do? Any info would be great. Thanks.

Hi frp,  thank you for including a screenshot. The hidden word indicates that this additional field will be hidden when you print the invoice in QuickBooks and when sending it to your customer.

 

You can enable the Print on form feature in the custom field setup to remove the (hidden) word and make the Walmart field visible when printing and sending it to your customer. I'll guide how. 
 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Custom field.
  2. Locate the Walmart field and click Edit.
  3. Turn on the Print on form.
  4. Click Save to reflect the changes.

 

 

You can utilize the Audit log feature to see and verify who created it. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Audit log.
  2. Select Filter.
  3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  4. Hit Apply.
