Is there a way to create a excell spreadsheet or a quickbooks report for invoices. Trying to project sales for 2023. I would like to have date, amount and name of customer. Thanks!

Yes, you can easily create a report to project sales for 2023 in QuickBooks Desktop. The steps to create a report are as follows:

 

  1. Go to the Reports menu at the top.
  2. Select Sales.
  3. Choose Sales by Customer Detail or Sales by Customer Summary report.
  4. Click Customize Report to include the necessary columns by going to the Filter tab.
  5. Set the date range to cover the entire year of 2023.

 

Once the report is generated, you can export it to Excel by clicking the Excel button at the top of the report. This will help you create an Excel spreadsheet or generate a QBDT report to project sales for 2023.

 

In addition, you can memorize the report to save time on future customization. You can find the saved report under Memorized Reports.
