Invoice wont send

Unable to send invoices. An error appear something like, Invoice has not been sent. We couldn't reach the customer. Please check the email address or use another one. I tried using another one but the same thing happen. Help

Please know that we have an ongoing investigation of the error receive when sending invoices. This means you're not alone in experiencing this issue. Other users are affected as well. Rest assured that our product engineering team is actively investigating to find a permanent fix. 

 

In the meantime, please reach out to our Phone Support Team to ensure you're added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive email notifications with any updates. Here’s how to contact them:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Select Search, then press the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter your question in the box and hit Continue.
  4. Choose the best way you'll want to reach out to us.

 

Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturday, 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
