Is anybody else experiencing failed payments with Melio and Wells Fargo, when scheduling bill payments in advance?

In conversations with both Melio and Wells Fargo, Melio says "Wells Fargo contacted Melio in regards to a known technical issue;" but when contacting Wells Fargo, none of their representatives know of any technical issues with the bank's approval of transactions.

Thanks for sharing your concern in the QuickBooks Community and checking the issue on Melio and Wells Fargo.

 

Currently, there are no reported similar cases regarding failed payments on the QuickBooks Community page. I'd suggest contacting Melio and Wells Fargo customer support once again and double-checking if there's system maintenance on their end that might be causing the issue. 

 

Here's how to contact the Developer Support:
 

  1. Go to Apps.intuit.com.
  2. Type in the Melio app in the search bar.
  3. Select the Contact tab or the Support tab.
