Yep, same here in the UK. Customers seem to be ok but unable to view any supplier details.

Vendor details now showing, but no transactions.  Maybe it's getting fixed.

Greetings, everyone. I want to acknowledge the challenges you've been encountering with accessing vendors and vendor transactions in QuickBooks Online. It can be incredibly frustrating when an essential part of your business, such as managing vendors, is not working as expected. I understand the difficulties and the impact this may have on your operations. No worries, I'm here to provide assistance and support to resolve this issue. Let's work together to go through some troubleshooting steps, so we can pinpoint the issue and restore seamless vendor management for your business.

First off, did you encounter any error messages? If so, I'd like to ask for any additional information as this will help me look into this issue based on your specific issue and be able to provide an appropriate solution. I would appreciate any further details.

While waiting for your reply, let's log in to your accounts using incognito mode. Whenever you visit a website, it saves some information from the web page in its cache and cookies. These files allow the websites you visit most often to load faster and too much of these can affect its performance.

Here's how to access incognito mode in some of the most commonly used web browsers:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If you're able to view your vendors and their transactions, it's safe to say that it's being caused by the browser. It can be fixed by clearing your cache and cookies. In the event it continues occurring while using incognito, you'll initially have to try switching to another browsing application.
Here's a list of supported browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Safari 11 or newer

Additionally. I have included an article that may be helpful to you in managing your vendors in QuickBooks. It offers step-by-step procedures for adding and making your vendors inactive: Add a vendor in QuickBooks Online

Please feel free to visit again if you have any further concerns regarding your vendors. I would be more than happy to assist you once again. Keep safe and have a good one.

In this case the standard "clear your browser" didn't seem to be the issue.  I tried incognito, cleared cache and history, used another browser, and tried another computer.  The issue occurred across all attempts.  It seems to have been cleared up following an extended period of "glitchiness" where vendors would load, then transactions, but very slowly.
