Is anybody know why they have a convert button on the estimates when it will not convert an estimate to an invoice

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. Let's work together to figure out why the button isn't working when trying to convert an estimate into an invoice in your account. 

To clarify, is there an error message or action that causes the estimate not to convert all the way or correctly into an invoice?
