Question

Is anyone else having issues not being able to connect to your bank accounts? I've called Cust. Serv. but it's been 2 weeks now. Any suggestions?

I have tried uploading my transactions manually, but did not help. Now my investigation says "Resolved!" but it isn't. I just need to know what is going on out there. Any suggestions?

 I recognize how important it is to keep your transaction organized, @KM3B5. I've got some actions that'll help you get everything back on track.

 

Since you're still encountering the same issue, I suggest contacting our Banking team. They have additional tools to review your account securely and open a new ticket if necessary to look into this further.

 

Here's how:
 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click Help (?).
  3. Select Search, then Contact Us.
  4. Choose a topic to connect with the right expert.
  5. Select how you would like to connect with an expert.
     

In the meantime, you can manually upload transactions if you can’t find your bank or connect it to QuickBooks.
