Is anyone else having issues saving a Recurring Invoice Template? Mine keeps giving an error message but when I scroll through the entire invoice, nothing is highlighted

This is the same template I have used for years.  I only change the date.  Worked great before the upgrade.

    We currently have an ongoing investigation about recurring templates that weren't saved due to one or more errors. Our product engineers are closely working to come up with an immediate resolution. I recommend contacting our Customer Support team to be added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive timely updates regarding this issue via email.

     

    Please follow these steps to reach them:

     

    1. Go to the Help menu, then select the Search tab.
    2. Click Contact Us.
    3. Choose a topic, then enter a brief description of your concern and hit Continue.
    4. Pick either Chat with us or Have us call you and start connecting with them.

     

    You can review our support hours to ensure you'll receive help accordingly.

     

    While we work on a solution, you may consider manually creating the invoice and sending it to the scheduled date.

    Thanks.  I did chat yesterday concerning this.  The chat ended while the representative was Screen Sharing. He tried emailing me, and we were still able to pull up the In Private Window, I didn't feel anything was being accomplished.  I then ended the screen share.  I hope this added me to the list because I don't have that much free time in the next few days to do that again.  

    To others who are experiencing this, you can Use the template without editing it first.  Edit it on the actual invoice and send.  I didn't experience issues doing this.  I know it will create a lot more work for me next month to sort out those templates to make extra changes, but it seems to be an "ok" work around.

    What @JuliaMikkaelaQ  is trying to say without actually saying it is that this is another bug in their buggy, buggy new invoices that they didn't test before releasing and forcing customers to use.
