Is anyone else having issues with custom forms?

Welcome to the Community space, James. I'll provide troubleshooting to help you access all customize sales forms and update layout in your transactions inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Before we start, please know that browsers we use to access the program accumulate temporary internet files that can speed up the browsing experience. However, these files can also cause changes to QBO's behavior when doing or performing tasks. To address this, we'll need to perform web browser troubleshooting to ensure the one you're using is at its default function. Access your company file using an incognito or private browser using these shortcut keys:
 

• Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
• Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
• Safari: Command+Shift+N

Once done, access your custom forms and try to update the layout in your invoice or estimate page. When your templates are available, and you can update the current invoice or estimate layout, proceed to clear your browser's cache.
