Hello there, @kdc-k.

You don't have to upgrade to Advance to customize invoice. I can guide how to customize it in the new lay out. Here's how:

  1. Go to Sales, then Invoices.
  2. Select Create invoice to create a new form.  and select View/Edit.
  3. To update your company info, select Edit company on the form. Make changes as needed, and then select Save.
  4. To add or remove fields, change the color scheme, or turn on payments on invoices, select Manage.
  5. In the side panel, select Invoice settings.
  6. Select the dropdown for each section to see customization options.
  7. Choose what info displays on your form by turning the switches on or off. The form preview updates as you make changes.
  8. Select Deposit or Payment methods to customize payment options, or turn them off.
  9. Optionally, select Automation to set up a Recurring invoice.
  10. When you're finished customizing, select Save.
