Is anyone else having issues with the NOTES section? The margins and spacing is all screwed up when you enter notes in and then view it on your screen?

Hey there, @jpilley. At the moment, there are no similar cases posted on the QuickBooks Community page about the margins and spacing issues in the Note section.

 

Let me share some troubleshooting steps to fix this and get back to your business. To start, open your account in a private window. Doing this will help us check if the problem is related to a cache problem.

You can press the following shortcut keys to access this mode:
 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If it works, return to your regular browser and clear its cache. This action will remove temporary files stored on your browser and free up space on your device. If the issue persists, consider using other supported browsers.
