Is anyone else having the same issue? The drop down option for vendors nor for catergory is available.

It's our goal to ensure you can create and save vendor transactions, pam41. We're committed to resolving this situation promptly.

 

I'd like to inform you that we have an open investigation about the unresponsive drop-down menus across multiple areas of QuickBooks Online (QBO). The affected areas include, but are not limited to, sales, expenses, and banking.

 

Rest assured that our engineers are working on a permanent fix to resolve this issue. We've also created a list of affected users who will be notified once this is fixed.

 

To ensure you'll be included in the list, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. Here's how to reach out to them: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Proceed to the Assistant tab.
  3. Type in contact support in the chat box and press Enter.
  4. Select QuickBooks Online Support, then click Contact Us at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Click Ask about something else, then enter a short description of your concern or provide INV-105229 as a reference.
  6. Choose between Have us call you or Chat.
