Is anyone else unable to export from payroll to quickbooks on line? After several years of no problems, and hours of customer service phone calls, I still can't export

I have been told it is a 'back of house' problem that is being worked on. I can't reconcile and I am resenting paying for all of this an unable to do my work. I've spent more than 8 hours on the phone with customer service. Always back to the same conclusion, that the tech department is working on it.

Please know that this isn't the experience we want you to have. The investigation into the inability to export from payroll to QBO is currently ongoing. We're unable to give an exact timeframe for resolving this issue, but rest assured our software engineers are doing their best to fix the problem.
