Question

Is anyone else unable to use “make a copy” on the mobile app when trying to create a new invoice? I have repetitive billing monthly, so this feature is pretty invaluable.

I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I’ve also called and was given the solution to use a computer, but the phone app is so much easier on the road.

Since you're still unable to use the make a copy option in the mobile app after you uninstall and reinstall the app. I'd suggest continue working with our Technical Support team to further investigate the issue.
