Hello, getbetter.
The missing income and expense categories are likely caused by a sync issue or an outdated mobile app version. So, I'd like to lay down a few troubleshooting steps to help you fix the issue.
We'll want to refresh the data within the app to bring those missing categories back on the app. Here's how to do it on iOS and Android devices:
iOS devices:
- Go to Menu ☰, tap Help & Feedback.
- Tap Refresh Data.
- Tap Refresh.
Android:
- Go to Menu ☰ then tap More Options ⋮.
- Tap Settings, then select Refresh Data.
- Tap YES to confirm.
We'll also want to make sure that your mobile app is updated to the latest version. Simply open Google Play or Apple App store from your mobile device, then update the app from there.
Alternatively, we can also uninstall and reinstall the mobile app to fix the issue.
