Is anyone having issues getting statements from WAFD bank? They've been importing every month for several years, and now it has stopped.

I tried to raise a ticket with customer support and engineering says there isn't a problem and won't investigate.

You can reach out directly to your financial institution. This way, you'll be able to inquire about the problem. There might be issues on their end that cause you to encounter trouble in getting their statements. Otherwise, you'll want to access them through their banking portal.
