Question

Is invoicing function down today? Getting multiple error messages. Can't edit or send invoices.

Error message "Something went wrong. Try refreshing or check back later." it has been several hours now. Tried to open several different browsers on different computers.

    Thank you for taking the initial troubleshooting step to help identify the issue with your invoicing feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Kevin. We encourage you to contact the next available support option to further investigate this matter.

     

    To do this, here's how:

     

    1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
    2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
    3. Select either tab to get started:
      • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
      • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us: Start a chat with a support expert or Get a callback from the next available expert.

     

    Also, you can pull up the Transaction Detail by Account report to show a list of invoices due on a specific date range. Please see this article for the complete guide: Customize report to see invoices due in QuickBooks Online.
