Is it possible to change a setting so that the main company contact email set does not receive a copy of each and every invoice sent out?

Currently every time I send out out an invoice to a customer, I  also get emailed via carbon Copy to the invoice. Is there a global setting somewhere where I can remove myself from all future  outgoing invoices and reminders?  Thanks.

Yes, it's possible, tomg6, and I'd be glad to help you adjust the settings so that the main company contact email does not receive a copy of each invoice sent out. 

 

Here are the steps to adjust your email settings in QuickBooks Online (QBO):

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click on the Gear icon at the top right of the page to go to Settings.
  3. Under Your Company, select Account and Settings.
  4. Navigate to the Sales tab and click on Messages.
  5. Here, you can edit the Email message sent with sales forms.
  6. Uncheck the box that says Email me a copy at (email add).
  7. Click on Save and then Done to apply the changes.
