Is it possible to change the wording on the email my customers receive.

Some of my customers will not click the link to pay invoice because they are not ready to pay invoice. They simply want to view it. Can this wording be changed

Hello there. I'm glad to have you here in the Community.

 

We can change the default message in your invoice emails to anything you'd prefer. Let's work together on updating it.

 

Here's how: 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings
  2. Click the Sales tab, then scroll down and find the Messages section.
  3. Once you've located it, click its Pencil icon.
  4. Choose Invoice in your Sales form drop-down menu.
  5. Customize the message in the Email message field.
  6. Hit Save, then select Done.

After saving changes, your customers will see the default text you set up when you email them invoices.
